What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-4 days to process your order, then 10-20 business days for delivery.
Where do you ship and what are the shipping fees?
We ship worldwide.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $80.
Otherwise, a standard shipping fee of $5.99 will apply.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Montréal, Canada, and our international warehouses are located in Asia and Spain.
Do you provide tracking information for the product?
Yes. Please wait 3 days after placing your order, then contact us by email at contact@prettyface4ever.fr to receive your tracking details.
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are sometimes shipped separately depending on your order.
For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, you may receive two separate packages.
The remaining items should arrive shortly afterward.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re very sorry to hear that!
Simply send us a photo of the damaged item by email at contact@prettyface4ever.fr, and we’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?

Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may experience with their online orders.
